James E. Broadnax is a seasoned advisor and facilitator with a dynamic career spanning aviation, technological innovation, and organizational change. With an MBA focus on team management and organizational transformation from Cambridge College and a degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, James combines academic rigor with hands-on expertise.

James's professional journey began in the U.S. Army, where he honed his skills in helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft maintenance. He later earned his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, transitioning to a distinguished career at General Electric (GE). At GE, he contributed as an instructor, manager, and field service representative, making significant impacts, including pioneering sea trials for the F404 engine aboard the USS Carl Vinson. His expertise also played a crucial role in the development of the T700 engine and centrifugal compressors for military aviation.
James’s global experience includes leading teams at Bell Helicopter International in Iran, where he trained Iranian soldiers and managed American-led initiatives. After retiring from GE, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding and leading a computer sales, repair, and training company.

A visionary, James is deeply engaged in addressing the challenges of the 21st century.
